ABOUT me
I am a professional painting conservator and restorer.
I graduated from art high school and earned my MA in art conservation and restoration from the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow (Poland). I specialize in old and modern paintings (15–20th century) and have worked on artworks by important masters such as Teniers, Claesz and Botero.
After diverse internships in Austria and Italy, I created my own studio "Ars Restauro" in 1992. Since then, I have worked as a freelance painting conservator and restorer, as well as an artwork photographer. I've taken pictures for art catalogues and gallery websites, documenting paintings by Picasso and Monet, among others.
From 2000–2015 I have worked in Paris, France, for various clients, including primarily private galleries, auction houses and collectors, but also institutions – museums and French ministries.
In 2009, I created the studio "Renaissances", which I moved 2015 to an art studio complex known as "Cité Danzas" in St. Louis, France.
